Variations on a Theme

The early Beetles had several variations, and over the years professional builders and ordinary people have done some pretty interesting things with (and to) the Beetle. Here are a few examples.

Generally I don't care much for fake woodies, but these two are sweet!
No bodies, just some really intricate iron scrollwork. Beautiful!
